The M series heaters are designed for operation in environments with high dust levels and aggressive particles in the air. Installation must be carried out exclusively by qualified personnel with the appropriate certifications. Before introducing the heat carrier, the correct system connection, heat carrier parameters, and the integrity of connections must be verified.
M series heaters should be operated in conditions that prevent direct water under pressure from hitting the fan. The use of AISI 304 stainless steel or ABS plastic housings ensures durability and resistance to wear under UV exposure. If the heater is not used for an extended period, it should be disconnected from the power supply.
Regular cleaning of the heat exchanger from dust and deposits is recommended before each heating season, using a stream of compressed air or water. Bent fins should be straightened using a special tool.
M series heaters are part of water heating systems and are designed for even air heating and distribution. The axial fan forces air through a copper-aluminum heat exchanger, where the heat carrier circulates, and the heated air is directed to the workspace using adjustable louvers.
Additional safety measures include restricting unauthorized access to the heater and training maintenance personnel. The heat exchanger is not protected from freezing, so there is a risk of damage if the temperature drops below 0°C.
