EL-L electric fan heaters with smooth heating elements:
- fan heaters with a power of 6-9 kW are intended for heating of the rooms from 2,5 to 5 m high. Three stages of heating are available in the control of fan heaters allowing to use of equipment at facilities with restriction on the electric power. The advantage of additional electrical safety of this model of fan heaters is that the control panel is powered from the fan heater with a voltage of 220 V, and the voltage of 380 V goes directly to the heating elements of the fan heater.
EL electric fan heaters with ribbed heating elements:
- fan heaters with a power of 9-12 kW and with two groups of heating elements are designed for heating of the rooms from 2,5 to 7 m high. Design of these models of fan heaters allows to get the maximum heat flow with lower noise parameters.
In addition, fan heater equipment has a quick payback period due to small initial investment, which is important for new businesses.
An important advantage is the rapid installation and dismantling of fan heaters, as well as the mobility of equipment, which is important for businesses that can temporarily rent areas for their needs; the heating system based on fan heaters can be installed on other rented areas, and while searching for areas the costs can be saved due to the availability of own heating equipment.
For comparison, when creating an enterprise, the heating with water heat-transfer agent requires creating a new heating system, hiring and paying for personnel responsible for maintenance and control of the heating system.
The exclusive advantage of TREVENT EL equipment is the ratio of power to the dimensions of the equipment without increasing the noise load. Also, in the 22,5-36 kW models, a ring bolt on the body of these fan heaters is provided for mechanized lifting to a height with the help of a crane beam or a winch for the safety of personnel responsible for installing and servicing the fan heaters.
Fan heaters have three stages of heating. After the heating has stopped, the fan continues to run for several minutes to cool the heating elements.
